Curtis opened up Clearview Inspections in 2022. Prior to becoming a certified home inspector, he had been working in the construction business for over 10 years. In the last few years, he has worked as a teacher/trainer for truck drivers getting their commercial driver's license. His passion is helping people understand their home and what they will need to focus on when they move in, as well as guiding them on how to properly maintain it. His primary focus is building trust with his clients and having open and clear communication. He schedules additional time for each inspection to ensure that he has time to answer all questions- big and small. He understands the importance of having an inspector that helps you understand your report, to lessen the overwhelming feelings of buying a new house.
