We are an Ohio Licensed Home Inspection company; we follow the Ohio Home Inspector Standards of Practice and Canons of Ethics defined by the state. We follow InterNACHI standards of practice for Michigan homes that we inspect.
We are proud to serve the following counties in Ohio:

We can make some exceptions for homes that are out of our primary service area. Please contact us directly to request this accommodation.
I offer a Radon Inspection, Sewer Scope, Septic tank services, and Wood-Destroying Insect inspection services for additional pricing through external agencies. It's important to us to take the stress of scheduling and coordinating different agencies off of you.
